According to the terms of the agreement, the company acquires a part that ensures the excess of 50 percent of the votes in the highest governing body of the LLC.

Ukrainian entrepreneur Maksim Krippa is the ultimate beneficiary of LLC 'Ola Fine'. Accordingly, through him, he became the owner of LLC 'Parus Holding'. Changes in the ownership structure are confirmed by YouControl data. By the way, according to the service, earlier 80% of the skyscraper was the asset of businessman Vadim Stolar. The ownership structure also included Inna Maistruk with 20% through the 'Stream Investment' fund. She also agreed to sell the shares.

Now the USR (Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs, and Public Formations) confirms that businessman Maksim Krippa is the ultimate beneficiary of LLC 'Parus Holding'.
